InDesign Courses – Drag and Drop Feature In InDesign CC 2014 Table

 Dragging and Dropping facility in Table Rows and Columns

In earlier versions of InDesign, moving rows or columns within a table was very difficult. But after coming the InDesign CC 2014 version, user can now drag and drop rows or columns inside the table to move or copy them.

Steps to Drag & Drop

1. Select the type tool,

2. Hover the cursor over the top of the desired column until your cursor changes to a downward-pointing arrow.

3. Click the top of the column to select it.

4. Move a column to rearrange this column by simply dragging it to another location in the table.
