Steps to Install WordPress
- Download latest version of wordpress from wordpress.org
- Extract Downloaded Files
- Copy all Files
- Open In Xampp htdocs or Wamp www folder
- Make a new folder
- Paste all files in the folder
- Start xampp
- Start Apache and Mysql
- In address Bar Type localhost/phpmyadmin
- Phpmyadmin will open
- Click on Databases
- Make New Database without space
- Click on the Home tab and click on user accounts and add new user
- Make User and Password and host is localhost
- Check All for admin rights
- In address Bar type Localhost
- Folder will display
- Click on Folder
- Choose Language
- Put database name, username, password and host is localhost
- Click on Install
- After installation give wp-admin username and password and fill all required Fields
- In address bar Type localhost/foldername
- Site Will Open
- localhost/foldername/wp-admin
- Fill username and password
- Dashboard will Open
- In appearance click on Themes
- Select theme
